What is the danger of living worms in the body
The habitat of most helminths is the intestinal tract. The suction cups and antennae, which are located on the body of the parasites, allow them to tightly attach to the walls of the human intestine, causing minor damage and bleeding.
Through the shell of their body, parasites absorb trace elements, vitamins, minerals from food, thereby depriving the human body of valuable nutrients.
Over time, depletion of the body occurs, constant fatigue is felt, migraine and constipation develop. With a lot of appetite, a person suddenly loses weight.
There are many types of worms, some of them, moving with the blood stream, move to a permanent place of residence in different organs. On their way, they injure cells and rupture capillaries. Of course, it is very difficult to detect such types of helminths, their presence is not manifested by characteristic signs.
Therefore, it is recommended to visit a doctor annually and take certain tests. Depending on the results obtained, the doctor may prescribe treatment or recommend taking any means for prophylactic purposes.
Does garlic kill worms
If today the arsenal of pharmaceuticals aimed at combating helminthiasis numbers hundreds, if not thousands of drugs, then in the old days it was necessary to remove worms using recipes of traditional medicine.
They are based on medicinal herbs, very often garlic is present in recipes. This product, due to its extremely strong antifungal, antiviral and antimicrobial properties, has been very successfully used, and is still used in the treatment of many diseases.
It is also impossible to deny a strong antihelminthic effect; many folk recipes have been created to combat helminthiasis.
Belong to the lily family. It is a perennial bulbous plant with linear narrow leaves. Blooms from July to August. At the end of the stem, in the shape of an umbrella, there are small grayish-white flowers.
The bulb of the plant is underground, consists of cloves located around the stem. Depending on the species, there can be from four to three dozen cloves. The smaller their number in the head, the larger they have.
The teeth are endowed with the essential oil of allicin. It is it that provides healing properties, specific taste and smell. The leaves and cloves of the plant are widely used in cooking.
The product is appreciated for a number of useful components that it contains, namely:
- fixed oils
- ascorbic acid
- vitamins A and B
It has a positive effect on the body:
- increases its resistance to infections and pathogenic bacteria
- increases appetite
- affects the work of the intestines (it has a calming and analgesic effect, suppresses the processes of fermentation of food and its decay, activates digestion)
But these are not all the properties for which the plant is so highly valued. Garlic is prized for the sterilizing power of the phytoncides that the product exudes continuously.
If you rub the cloves and leave, the gruel will fill the room with its natural scent. After it dries, you can wet it and it will start smelling again.
How exactly garlic kills parasites
Since ancient times, the product has been used to cleanse the body of intruders. Studies of anthelmintic properties are carried out today, the results are positive. What substances are deadly for helminths?
Back in 1947, the amino acid alliin was discovered by Swiss scientists Stoll and Siebek.
The vacuoles of garlic also contain alliinase, which does not come into contact with the cystoplasm due to its own membranes.
When cells in garlic are destroyed, alliin and alliinases combine to form allicin. It is this substance that has a powerful bactericidal and antifungal effect.
The bulbs of this plant are widely used in the manufacture of medicines against worms and other parasites. It is useful to regularly eat fresh food for people whose bodies are infected with worms. Reviews on the use of garlic for worms are mostly positive.
An important point! The product should not be heat treated before use, as allicin will lose its bactericidal properties.
An equally useful component in the fight against intestinal worms is phytoncides. It is not for nothing that ancient doctors considered the garlic spirit itself to be deadly for parasites.
It is recommended to eat garlic regularly, in large quantities, raw. It is one of the most common everyday foods and is added to various dishes. But when treating worms, it is recommended to take garlic on an empty stomach.

Garlic kefir with worms in the intestines
According to this recipe, garlic cannot be chopped. For an adult, it is enough to peel 10 teeth. It is necessary to swallow them whole one by one, each washed down with the right amount of kefir. The most important thing about this recipe is that the garlic must not be chopped or chewed.
